About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Functional/Technical Analyst to contribute to a large-scale Cash project within the banking industry. The analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and standards. The role includes solution design, functional elaboration, and hands-on collaboration with development and testing teams in an Agile environment.
Requirements
Skills Needed:
At least 7 years of relevant experience in functional analysis.
Proficiency in English, with strong French or Dutch as a plus.
Expertise in distributed environments.
Solid knowledge of analysis methodologies.
Agile mindset with practical Scrum experience.
Rigorous, methodical, and quick to adapt.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Skills Considered as a Plus:
Knowledge of Java development.
Experience with Cash-related systems or processes.
Familiarity with project management practices.
Additional Details:
Hybrid work model (50% on-site in Brussels, 50% remote).
