We are seeking a talented Consultant with some first professional experience to join our JAMS team. Your primary responsibility will be to collect, analyse, refine business requirements and/or lead projects at one of our clients. However, we are not only looking for someone who is proficient in numbers, powerpoint and spreadsheets, but also passionate about new technologies as it is part of the core DNA of JAMS Consulting.

Responsibilities:

Consolidate key needs to gain in-depth knowledge.
Be the bridge between business and IT stakeholders
Engage with both external and internal end users to identify, validate, and confirm their needs and pain points.
Manage project deadlines, priorities and budgets
Actively monitor the success of new solutions based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and suggest potential improvements.
Participate in the knowledge platform within JAMS Consulting

What you should have:
Â
First experience as a business analyst, project manager or similar (min. 2 years)
Analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and technical systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in French or Dutch and fluency in English
Affinity for IT projects and willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and environments
Previous experience in an Agile environment and in the banking/insurance sector is a plus
