Requirements
Skills Needed
8+ years of project management experience, preferably in payments and financial services.
Strong organization and stakeholder management abilities.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
Familiarity with functional/technical analysis, architecture, and testing.
Agile program management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, ITIL, ADKAR).
Strong leadership and ability to manage high-pressure, high-visibility projects.
Skills Considered as a Plus
Knowledge of peer-to-peer or account-to-account payment schemes.
Expertise in change management frameworks.
Experience with international, cross-functional collaborations.
