Analytical and Structural Skills: Strong ability to analyze, structure, and model complex processes.
Communication and Facilitation: Skilled in presenting, negotiating, and influencing stakeholders effectively.
Team Collaboration: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a commitment to teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Languages: Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
Skills Considered as a Plus
Experience in a banking or financial services environment.
Knowledge of business architecture principles and Agile ceremonies.
Certifications in process management or Agile frameworks.
