About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support an agile project within the banking industry. The role involves ensuring the effective application of Scrum methodology, coaching the project team, and facilitating smooth collaboration between business lines and stakeholders. The mission also includes removing obstacles, promoting self-organization, and acting as an ambassador for agile practices.
The assignment is set to begin on 02/02/2025 and will run until 01/08/2025, with a hybrid work arrangement (50% on-site and 50% remote).
Requirements
Skills Needed
At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban) and techniques.
Proficiency in agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g., Jira).
Solid understanding of software development and project management methodologies.
Familiarity with tools for automated unit testing, functional testing, and continuous integration.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Good knowledge of English.
Skills Considered as a Plus
Knowledge of IT processes.
Certification as a Scrum Master.
Experience in risk and issue management within agile projects.
