About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Application Developer to join a dynamic team in the technology sector. This role involves participating in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including technical design, implementation, and support. The project is set in a professional environment focusing on integration, UX, and digitalization, requiring the delivery of robust, scalable, and flexible solutions. The developer will be responsible for crafting innovative and stable code, with a focus on developing applications that meet high standards of performance and security. This is a freelance opportunity with a flexible rate, offering a blend of remote and onsite work in Brussels.
Requirements
Skills Needed:
Minimum 10 years of programming experience with Microsoft technologies and web application development.
Proficiency in C#, SQL, .NET, ASP. NET, JSON, WSDL, XML, and XSLT.
Expertise in Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server, and Couchbase.
Strong experience with ESB, particularly Bizztalk, and mobile solutions using Xamarin.
Familiarity with Docker, Moq, SOA architecture, queuing, service buses.
Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good command of English.
Skills Considered as a Plus:
Experience with NoSql databases like Couchbase.
Experience with Omnitracker and TFS.
Certification in ASP. NET MVC Web Applications.
Prior experience in distributed/multi-tier application technologies.
Experience in the technology sector, particularly with integration projects.
