About the Role
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support the setup and optimization of a cloud environment within a leading financial services company. The role involves deployment automation, continuous integration, and delivery, with a strong focus on infrastructure, middleware, and cloud enablement. This is a long-term freelance project with a hybrid working model.
Requirements
Skills Needed
Expertise in deployment automation tools like Jenkins, Terraform, and Digital AI.
Strong experience with Linux, Shell, and Python programming.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Helmchart, PostgreSQL, Redis, Maven, and other infrastructure tools.
Experience with cloud technologies (preferably IBM Cloud) and related architectural standards.
Practical knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins, Nexus, SVN, and Git.
Deep understanding of hardware, software production environments, and middleware products.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Skills Considered a Plus
Knowledge of Springboot, NodeJS.
Hands-on experience with IBM Cloud (BNPP cloud) and associated tools.
Familiarity with project methodologies and standards.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
