About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with strong analytical and development skills to join a team responsible for document generation and distribution solutions in the banking industry. The role involves end-to-end development, collaboration with technical leads, testing, and ensuring best practices for document solutions within an Agile environment.
Requirements
Skills Needed
5+ years of experience as a Java Developer.
Proficiency in Java, Spring, REST, OO concepts, and SOA.
Experience with Selenium and cloud environments.
Understanding of Continuous Delivery and DevOps principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Operating Systems (Unix, Windows) and Middleware components.
Fluent in English (French/Dutch is a plus).
Agile/Scrum experience.
Skills Considered as a Plus
Experience with integration across distributed systems, mainframe, and infra components.
Banking sector experience and knowledge of financial processes.
Ability to coach junior developers and share technical expertise.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration in large organizations.
